Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged if your order is missing items, you must notify your Dark Horse Directive representative immediately. Have a detailed description of the issue, photos of package and packing slip.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages
